Our Journey

Founded in 2016 by three engineers, Pilgrimaide began as a platform providing comprehensive information on pilgrimage destinations across India. From details about temple festivals, rituals, and pooja timings, we aimed to help devotees connect with shrines seamlessly.

Recognizing the deep personal significance of devotional shopping, we transitioned into a hybrid model, combining both online shopping and physical stores. In 2019, we inaugurated our first Pilgrimaide Pooja Shoppe in Thane, marking the beginning of our offline journey.

Though the concept of a dedicated pooja store was unconventional, and the pandemic brought temporary setbacks, it also strengthened us. We forged stronger relationships with suppliers and artisans, sourcing directly to ensure the best quality and price for our customers.

Encouraged by the positive response, we adopted a measured expansion approach, launching our third store in Vasant Vihar, Thane, in 2021 and achieving operational breakeven in just two years. Today, we proudly operate 10 stores across Mumbai and Thane, combining our offline expertise with our growing e-commerce platform, offering unmatched price, quality, and choice to our customers nationwide.
