Sri Hari Vaikunta Kshetra is a famous Narasimha Swamy Temple in Bangalore. This Temple has 400 yrs old 'Narasimha Meru'- a chakra specially made for Lord Narasimha Swamy that has all Mantras (Bejakshra) related to Lord Narasimha Swamy. Narasimha Meru is very powerful and is very very rarely found. The temple is supposed to be the only one having such an unique "Narasimha Meru" in it. Narasimha Swamy (Salagrama on Nrusimha Meru) here is sitting between the Goddesses Astalakshmis.

The Temple is believed to be erected by Kempe Gowda.

Architecture

The temple resembles the architectural features of Pallavas style. The mandapam inside the temple is an art for remembering their art culture.

Temple timings:

8.00 AM to 11.00 AM and 6.00 PM to 8.30 PM on all days except Tuesday;

Temple Timings on Tuesday are 6.30 AM to 12.00 PM and 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM.

Darsan Dresscode

There is no particular dress code though devotees are advised to wear clean and conservative clothing while visiting the Temple.
