Shree Jari Mari Mataji Mandir is one of the sacred temples in New Mumbai dedicated to Goddess Parvati. The temple was built by Mr. Namdeo Bhoir, the founder and owner of TissAai Automobile in Uran.The temple enshrines the idol of Goddess Jari Mari Mataji from Pandharpur. Devotees can use the temple premises for any God-related functions for free.
Legend
The founder, Mr. Namdeo Bhoir was once a poor farmer residing in a chawl. After getting married to Ms. Parmila he got into the habit of visting Tissgaon (Kalyan) Jari Mari Mandir with his father-in-law, Mr. Vasant Ghate, every fortnight. After seeing people seeking answers from Mataji and getting answers, he also started seeking Mataji's advice on different matters and everything Mataji said turned out be true. Gradually, he got in to construction business quitting his job at NAD, Karanda. With Mataji's blessings, his hard work really paid off. Mr. Namdeo Bhoir very soon became very happy in his life and built this Mandir for Mataji in Panvel and Uran as per Mataji's guidance .He owns the biggest automobile showroom in Uran in the name of TissAai Automobile and has been in the construction business since last 45 years (35 years with ONGC). The establishment has also got appreciation from the Cabinet minisiter for petroleum, Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan. Mr. Namdeo Bhoir's life principle is very simple: work hard, treat everyone with love and give to everyone who deserves as this invites God's attention and he was blessed by Mataji because of these ideologies.

According to Namdeo Ji, he built the entire temple exactly in the way Mataji wanted him to, following the vision of Mataji.

The temple is open for Mataji's Devotees from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4: 00 PM to 10:00 PM
Darsan Dresscode
There is no particular dress code in this temple. Devotees are advised to dress appropriately.
